How To Place An OrderWe have compiled a brief summary of how to shop online using our new webstore. If you have any questions and/or concerns please contact customer support for assistance.
Add To Cart
To place an order please select a product or browse the Product Categories for a specifc product. When you have found an item you wish to purchase, click on the Add to Cart button found next to the item description. If applicable, please select the options for the item (ex: color or size). If you're interested but undecided, go ahead and put the item in your shopping cart. You can always remove them later.
Shopping Cart
When you are ready to purchase your selections, just click on the Shopping Cart button located on the page. This will take you to your secure shopping cart, where you can change quantities or remove items.
Checking Out
When you are ready, click the Check Out button to start your purchasing process. Next you must login or create a new customer account. Select New Customer or enter your Returning Customer username and password. You must create a valid customer account in order to complete your order. Later you will have the option of canceling your order or to continue shopping throughout the ordering process.
Completing Your Order
Provide your name, address, valid e-mail address, phone number and payment information when prompted during checkout. Once you've entered this information, you are presented with an order-confirmation page. This includes all your items, the total price, the address and other information you've entered. Make sure your information and order is accurate, place your order.
Order Confirmation
The online store will send you an e-mail message to confirm the details of your order. We will send you e-mail updates if any problems occur with your order. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the products you purchase and your shipping location.
